"This tune ["Knock You Out"] is smokin'!! WOW!! So funky - very tight. I hear a lot of TOP influence in this tune. Sounds great! ... ["Ants"] Great groove - the organ parts and the funky guitar licks really compliment each other. Bass and drums are very tight - Russ and your bass player do a great job layin' down the groove. The mix on this song and on "Knock You Out" sound great - very punchy! The horn section is totally awesome - great arrangements and totally tight. Great stuff!!"

"Frank, I wanted to let you know that I thought your song "Funksway" was incredible. As a musician I hear many bands so it takes quite a bit to impress me. Well, I was impressed with Funksway. The horn parts not only were played well (i.e. good musicianship), but they were also incredibly well written. A song like Funskway definitely sets Sage apart from most cover bands, you really stood out as something special. I hope you play Funksway live, it really cooks and I would love to be in the audience grooving to the funky beat."
